Schokoladenpudding mit Kaffeetassen und Kochcreme im Hintergrund


  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 500 ml vegetable milk
  • 100 g MyLove-MyLife "Chef Fresh"


Mix the cornstarch with the sugar and cocoa powder.

Add about 75 ml of the plant milk and stir until smooth.

Slowly boil the remaining milk with the MyLove-MyLife "Chef Fresh" cooking cream and the chocolate. Then add the stirred mixture and bring to a boil while stirring vigorously. Let simmer briefly.

The remaining cooking cream in the cup is perfect to garnish the pudding with.
