Ingredients for 4 tarte flambée
- 400 g wheat or spelt flour
- 100 g millet (ground)
- 250 ml water
- 5 g salt
- 150 MyLove-MyLife almond or coconut yoghurt alternative natural, salt and a little lemon juice.
- Additional toppings as desired. For example, blackberries, pistachios, herbs, garlic, fig puree or agave syrup.
Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough, then divide into 4 parts and roll each out very thinly.
Mix the almond or coconut yoghurt alternative with salt and lemon juice and spread on the dough.
Top with whatever you like.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees (fan oven: 230 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
