Baked rosemary peaches with crispy crust

Ingredients

  • Pfirsiche
  • Rosmarin
  • MyLove-MyLife Mandel- oder Kokos-Joghurtalternative Natur

Knusper-Kruste

  • 1 EL Kokosblütenzucker
  • Für die Knusperkruste:
  • 25 g Haferflocken
  • 25 g Mandelblättchen
  • 25 g Agavendicksaft

 

Zubereitung

Pfirsiche halbieren oder in Stücke schneiden und in eine Auflaufform geben.

Die Zutaten für die KnusperKruste vermengen und über die Pfirsiche geben.

Rosmarinzweige und den Kokosblütensirup darüber geben.

Bei 180 Grad 30-40 Minuten backen.

Mit MyLove-MyLife Mandel- oder Kokos-Joghurtalternative servieren.
