Cream of pumpkin soup with coconut



  • 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp. yeast flakes
  • Some ginger
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 cup MyLove-MyLife "Chef Fresh"


Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

Peel the onion and garlic and cut green into pieces.

Steam with the pumpkin in a little water until soft and puree everything together.

If necessary, add more liquid.

Season to taste with the spices and stir in the coconut cream.
