Golden Mango Lassi

Mangolassi in Glas mit Strohhalm


  • 1/2 fresh mango (alternatively approx. 200 g frozen mango)
  • 180 g MyLove-MyLife coconut yoghurt alternative mango-passion fruit
  • 150 ml oat milk
  • 50 ml cold water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

To enhance the antioxidant effect of the curcumin/bioavailability:

  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • pinch of pepper


  1. cut the mango into pieces
  2. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend briefly on high speed to make a lassi.

It tastes especially good with ice cubes in summer ;)
